About the Role
Raytheon is seeking a Mechanical Engineer II to support airborne sensor development with a focus on RF design. This onsite role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance, with U.S. citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to airborne sensor design activities with an emphasis on RF-related mechanical integration
- Support engineering efforts across design, build, and test phases for sensor systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and designs are manufacturable
- Help troubleshoot technical issues and support iterative improvements
Requirements
- Active and existing DoD Secret clearance required after day 1
- U.S. citizenship required to be eligible for a security clearance
- Experience supporting engineering design work for airborne or sensor-related systems
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment
