About the Role
WHOOP is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead execution for our Core Algorithm Development team. You’ll coordinate across algorithm engineering, data science, firmware, software, product, and validation to deliver the physiological algorithms that power the WHOOP member experience.
Responsibilities
- Own cross-functional program planning, execution, and delivery for complex algorithm initiatives
- Partner with technical teams to align roadmap goals with model development, validation, integration, and release milestones
- Establish scalable development processes that improve quality and make releases more predictable
- Drive operational excellence across the full algorithm lifecycle, from planning through deployment
- Facilitate communication and decision-making across engineering, product management, and validation stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering programs in a cross-functional environment
- Strong understanding of algorithm or data-driven product development lifecycles (modeling, validation, integration, release)
- Demonstrated ability to build repeatable processes and manage execution against timelines
- Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical partners
