About the Role
AIR is seeking a Medicaid and Prescription Drug Data Analyst to support our Healthcare Innovations team. You’ll help untangle complex issues related to health care quality, cost, and access through rigorous research, evaluation, and data-driven technical assistance.
Responsibilities
- Use programming skills to manage, analyze, and report on complex datasets
- Support research design by helping document methods, data sources, and analytic approaches
- Coordinate project activities to ensure timely, high-quality outputs
- Produce clear, actionable insights from data to inform program and policy work
Requirements
- Experience working with Medicaid policy and/or Medicaid-related data
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical pricing and related data sources
- Strong programming and data analysis skills
- Ability to maintain high data quality and documentation standards
