About the Role
La Familia is seeking a Medical Assistant to support daily operations at our Primary Care Clinic in Hayward. In this role, you’ll help ensure patients receive timely, organized care and that the clinic runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist clinicians with patient intake and routine clinical support in a primary care setting
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain an efficient workflow for patient visits
- Support documentation and administrative tasks required for day-to-day care
- Follow clinic procedures to help maintain a safe, welcoming patient experience
Requirements
- Experience working as a Medical Assistant or in a closely related clinical support role
- Ability to support essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
- Willingness to coordinate with Human Resources regarding workplace accommodations when needed
