About the Role
We’re seeking a Mid-Market Solutions Consultant to help grow our presence in German-speaking markets. You’ll partner with our expanding Mid-Market team to engage small to mid-sized property managers and guide them from initial discovery through to becoming active users of PriceLabs.
This role operates during CET hours (9:30 AM–6:30 PM CET / 1:00 PM–10:00 PM IST), with a focus on converting smaller to mid-sized inbound prospects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery conversations with property managers to understand needs and goals
- Present and explain how PriceLabs delivers value for mid-market customers
- Move prospects through the sales process from first engagement to active adoption
- Collaborate with the Mid-Market team to improve conversion and onboarding outcomes
- Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate prospect documentation
Requirements
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)
- Experience working with mid-market customers and running consultative sales conversations
- Comfort operating during CET business hours
- Ability to reside in Germany, Spain, or Portugal with a valid work permit
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation range: €30,000–€40,000 per year (base plus variable pay), depending on experience
