About the Role
SMX is seeking a Mission Systems Project Manager to lead planning, execution, oversight, and delivery of enterprise mission systems and mission IT services. You will coordinate across communications, network operations, infrastructure, and transport capabilities that support a globally distributed intelligence environment while helping ensure mission readiness and cybersecurity compliance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between Government leadership, mission partners, and contractor teams
- Direct execution of enterprise communications, network operations, infrastructure, mission systems, and transport services
- Provide strategic leadership and operational coordination across multiple technical service areas
- Engage stakeholders to align project execution with Government objectives and delivery timelines
- Support successful mission outcomes by monitoring progress, managing risks, and driving corrective actions as needed
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Experience managing enterprise-level mission systems, communications, and network operations (or closely related areas)
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in support of cybersecurity and mission readiness requirements
