About the Role
Join our Front Office team as a business-focused Murex Functional Support Consultant supporting Fixed Income and FX workflows. This hybrid role is based in NYC and provides hands-on exposure to trading activities, financial products, and day-to-day operational support.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to Front Office traders and trading operations
- Manage the full trade lifecycle, including booking, validation, and ongoing monitoring
- Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and coordinate with IT teams to drive timely resolution
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for implementation and support
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
Requirements
- Strong functional support experience with Murex in a Fixed Income and/or FX context
- Ability to partner effectively with traders and technical teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting trade booking/validation and monitoring processes
- Strong incident analysis and issue-triage skills
- Clear communication skills to document requirements and align stakeholders
Visa & Work Authorization
We may offer sponsorship for eligible candidates under specific U.S. treaty-based visa options, including TN and E-2 (for eligible Canadian, Mexican, and French citizens). We do not support or transfer other visa types (e.g., H-1B).
Work Location
NYC hybrid schedule with at least 4 days onsite per week.
