About the Role
Logisnext Americas is seeking a National Accounts Project Coordinator to support two key functions for our National Accounts team: demo fleet management and sales project execution. You’ll help ensure demo assets are ready and utilized effectively while also coordinating RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs to improve bid quality and speed.
Responsibilities
- Manage the demo fleet end-to-end, including asset readiness, utilization, and alignment with demo and rental needs
- Coordinate RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs from intake through submission, ensuring deadlines are met
- Support margin analysis and maintain accurate data tracking to improve bid performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer-facing information is complete and consistent
- Help drive continuous improvements to processes that increase win rates
Requirements
- Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfort working with sales support materials, proposals, and bid documentation
- Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate across teams
