About the Role
American Express Digital Labs helps catalyze digital innovation across the enterprise by originating, incubating, and scaling products and platforms that shape how customers experience payments and membership. In this role, you’ll be part of the Cross Product Strategy & Operations team, supporting growth, collaboration, and ongoing innovation across the Labs product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the data strategy that powers cross-product insights and decision-making
- Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate business goals into measurable outcomes
- Identify key performance indicators and develop insight frameworks to guide prioritization
- Support experimentation and optimization by turning data into actionable recommendations
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and help drive alignment across teams
Requirements
- Experience leading data strategy and analytics initiatives in a product or platform environment
- Strong understanding of KPI design, measurement, and insights generation
- Proven ability to partner across functions and influence outcomes through data
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
