About the Role
We’re seeking a Nursing Services Manager to lead nursing operations and help ensure patients receive safe, high-quality care. In this role, you’ll oversee clinical processes, support therapeutic treatment plans, and provide leadership during daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment focused on delivering quality patient care
- Lead nursing team coverage on shift through appropriate assignments and effective coordination
- Conduct physical and mental assessments, including planning of care and therapeutic interventions
- Apply expertise across cognitive, emotional, developmental, social, and behavioral disorders
- Perform crisis intervention and support escalation procedures as needed
- Participate in performance improvement and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities
- Ensure compliance and confirm that overall nursing functions are consistently followed
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a nursing or clinical setting
- Strong assessment, care planning, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to manage crisis situations with professionalism and urgency
- Knowledge of nursing compliance and quality improvement processes
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
