About the Role
Join Lakeside Health and Wellness as an Occupational Therapist (OT) on a PRN basis in our new in-house rehabilitation program. You’ll help deliver high-quality post-acute care rehabilitation experiences using advanced treatment technologies and evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients as part of an in-house rehabilitation team
- Deliver individualized treatment plans to support functional goals
- Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech rehabilitation professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with the care team
Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in Texas (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in post-acute or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-focused care
- Ability to work PRN and support coverage needs as scheduled
