About the Role
Join Lakeside Health and Wellness’ new in-house rehabilitation program in Kemp, Texas. We’re building a dedicated team of skilled rehabilitation therapists to deliver high-quality post-acute care experiences for patients and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services as part of an in-house rehabilitation team
- Deliver patient-centered care that supports recovery and functional independence
- Collaborate with physical and speech therapy team members to support coordinated treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow care plans
Requirements
- Current licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Texas
- Experience in post-acute or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
- Ability to work PRN and support scheduling needs
