About the Role
We’re seeking an Office Manager to provide administrative support for our corporate headquarters in West Midtown Atlanta. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries, while helping across departments such as sales, marketing, human resources, and operations as business needs evolve.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for external and internal inquiries for the main office and off-premise catering division
- Support internal communications and help connect teams across the organization
- Assist with administrative tasks for multiple departments, including sales, marketing, HR, and operations
- Maintain a professional, welcoming experience for visitors and callers
Requirements
- Professional, personable, and well-organized approach to day-to-day work
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams
- Comfort supporting administrative needs across different functions
