About the Role
Lantern is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator to support patients as they move through their cancer care journey. In this Evening Shift position, you’ll help connect individuals to the right specialists, coordinate care activities, and provide guidance that supports better outcomes and smoother next steps.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient navigation across oncology services, including referrals and care transitions
- Partner with the care team to support patients throughout their treatment journey
- Use structured decision-making to track progress and remove barriers to care
- Provide patient-focused support and help ensure appointments and next steps are understood
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in oncology or cancer-related care (preferred)
- Strong care coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively during the evening shift
- Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and care advocates
