About the Role
Join our team as an Online Teaching Assistant supporting students in a fully accredited, two-year Associate of Arts in Business Administration (AABA) program. You’ll partner closely with Campus Instructors—experienced professors from top institutions—while helping a cohort of 25–30 learners succeed in an online business or general education course.
Responsibilities
- Attend evening lectures two times per week (6pm–10pm ET), including 70 minutes per class session
- Facilitate an evening section for your assigned student group within the same weekly schedule
- Act as a teacher, mentor, and coach to support student learning, engagement, and professional growth
- Help students build skills and confidence as they progress through course material
Requirements
- Comfort teaching and supporting students in an online learning environment
- Strong communication and coaching skills for small-group and cohort support
- Experience or familiarity with one or more course areas such as business or general education topics
