Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational hub of the sales gallery, coordinating administrative and operational support
- Assist on-site and off-site sales and marketing initiatives as needed
- Support the on-site sales team with day-to-day logistics and client-facing coordination
- Maintain strong organization across schedules, materials, and gallery needs
- Contribute fresh ideas and energy to improve the client and brokerage experience
