About the Role
SpaceXAI is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to lead facilities operations and power generation for our hyperscale AI environment in Memphis. In a small, highly driven team, you’ll play a hands-on leadership role focused on engineering excellence, operational reliability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations to support hyperscale AI infrastructure
- Oversee power generation operations and related reliability efforts
- Lead prioritization and execution of operational improvements in a fast-moving environment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teammates to ensure clear communication and effective handoffs
- Drive hands-on problem solving and maintain high standards for performance and safety
Requirements
- Proven experience managing facilities operations and/or power generation systems
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to operate effectively in a high-accountability setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to share information concisely and accurately
- Demonstrated initiative and comfort working in a flat organization where leadership comes from execution
