About the Role
Family Independence Administration is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee large-scale projects that directly impact center workflow and case management. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will supervise operations across agency centers and support accurate, timely case determinations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise operations and coordinate workstreams that influence workflow and case management
- Support consistent, high-quality case determinations across assigned centers
- Exercise independent judgment in managing day-to-day operational priorities
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure effective service delivery
- Oversee projects and ensure operational alignment with agency goals
Requirements
- Must be permanently employed in the Principal Administrative Associate (Civil Service) title
- Experience supervising operations, workflow, or case management in a service-driven environment
- Ability to exercise independent initiative and judgment under general direction
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-agency partners
