About the Role
Community Health Systems (CHS) – Shared Business Operations is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Program Manager to help drive successful program outcomes that support our mission to improve health and well-being for the people and communities we serve.
This role is focused on coordinating cross-functional efforts, ensuring program delivery aligns with business needs, and enabling effective use of Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and governance for Oracle Fusion HCM-related programs
- Coordinate stakeholders across HR, IT, and business teams to deliver agreed milestones
- Track program progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to maintain momentum
- Support change management activities to improve adoption and operational readiness
- Communicate status, outcomes, and next steps to leadership and project teams
Requirements
- Experience managing programs or large initiatives in an enterprise environment
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM (or a closely related HCM platform)
- Strong ability to manage timelines, risks, and cross-team dependencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative setting
