About the Role
BoxLunch is looking for a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead our pop-culture inspired, community-focused brand. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance, support team development, and create a great experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in meeting sales plans and comp sales goals
- Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team to run the store
- Support daily store operations to ensure the store is running smoothly and customers are well taken care of
Requirements
- Experience supporting retail store operations and performance goals
- Ability to help coach and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
