About the Role
Forgen is seeking a People Coordinator to be a go-to partner for HR inquiries and HRIS support. In this role, you’ll help administer people-related policies and programs while balancing employee advocacy with the needs of the business. You’ll also support fair, equitable treatment and strong employee relations, ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a central intake point for HR questions, requests, and issue escalation
- Support HRIS functions and assist with accurate employee data administration
- Help administer talent and human resources policies, programs, and processes
- Identify people-related issues early and help drive timely resolutions
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
- Promote positive employee relations and support a respectful, inclusive workplace
- Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience supporting HR operations, employee relations, and/or HRIS administration
- Strong understanding of employment law compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
