About the Role
Nox Group is hiring a Technical Engineer - Electrical to strengthen the technical backbone of our project teams. In this role, you’ll bring field insights into the design process, partner with engineering and construction stakeholders, and help ensure electrical plans translate smoothly from concept to build.
Responsibilities
- Support and influence electrical design by incorporating practical field experience
- Collaborate with the design team to drive technical decisions throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide technical expertise to support constructability, coordination, and implementation
- Close the loop by validating outcomes and feeding lessons learned back into future work
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep electrical work aligned with project goals
Requirements
- Electrical engineering or equivalent technical background
- Experience supporting electrical design and/or construction execution
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, coordination, and constructability
- Ability to communicate clearly with both field and design stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
