About the Role
Philips is seeking a PMO Leader for Disease Management Solutions to lead end-to-end, cross-functional programs that bring innovative software, systems, and solutions to market. You’ll help advance image-guided care across the Radiology and Urology markets by driving complex initiatives from concept through commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Own program delivery end to end, ensuring successful launches of software products, systems, and solutions for Radiology and Urology.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, marketing, service, clinical stakeholders, and external partners to align priorities and execution plans.
- Manage project risk, dependencies, and timelines to deliver on schedule and within budget.
- Provide program management leadership for large, multi-team initiatives and help teams stay focused on measurable outcomes.
- Support governance and reporting to communicate progress, issues, and decisions to leadership.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in a product or technology environment.
- Strong ability to manage risk, scope, timelines, and budgets across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience partnering across functions such as engineering, quality, regulatory, and commercialization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
