Pricing Specialist, Energy SMB | Full-Time | Onsite (Burlington, MA)

About the Role

Mantis helps organizations improve building performance by connecting energy, facility operations, and sustainability. In this role, you’ll support our Energy SMB team by building accurate, client-ready pricing and helping ensure proposals reflect the scope, value, and delivery approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing models for Energy SMB offerings, aligned to product scope and delivery requirements
• Prepare quotes and proposal pricing in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Review project inputs to ensure pricing assumptions are complete and consistent
• Support deal analysis by validating costs, margins, and any required adjustments
• Maintain pricing documentation and update templates as offerings or requirements evolve
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure pricing is accurate, competitive, and easy to communicate

Requirements

• Experience with pricing, quoting, or revenue-related analysis (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple inputs and changing variables
• Comfort using spreadsheets and business tools to model pricing scenarios
• Clear communication skills to partner effectively across teams
• Ability to handle deadlines and manage competing priorities
