About the Role
Procare Solutions is seeking a Principal Engineer to help shape and scale our technology platform. In this role, you’ll act as a technical visionary and multiplier—partnering across teams to ensure our systems grow reliably alongside the company’s ambitions.
Responsibilities
- Provide organization-level technical direction to support long-term scaling and architecture decisions.
- Lead efforts that improve platform reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive best practices in engineering, including code quality, observability, and operational excellence.
- Mentor engineers and elevate technical standards through guidance and hands-on problem solving.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing and operating scalable systems in production environments.
- Proven ability to lead technical direction and influence architecture across multiple teams.
- Deep expertise in software engineering fundamentals and modern development practices.
- Experience with reliability/observability practices to support mission-critical services.
