About the Role
Fin is seeking a Principal Program Manager to help scale our AI Customer Agent platform. You’ll lead complex cross-functional programs that improve how businesses deliver fast, accurate, always-on support across the customer journey—service, sales, and ecommerce.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across engineering, product, and operations
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive timelines, scope, and measurable outcomes
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution while maintaining clear communication at all levels
- Partner with teams to improve customer experience workflows and channel coverage
- Support launches and iterative improvements for AI agent capabilities and integrations
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex programs in a software or AI-driven environment
- Strong program management skills, including planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate ambiguous goals into structured execution plans
- Experience working with customer support, CRM/help desk tooling, or customer-facing platforms (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
