About the Role
Scout Motors is building the next era of iconic American vehicles—bringing a legacy of exploration and hard work into the digital age. We’re looking for a Senior iOS Software Engineer to help design and deliver digital experiences that match the quality and reliability our customers expect.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain iOS applications and features for Scout’s digital products
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end customer value
- Write clean, testable code and improve app quality through thoughtful engineering practices
- Participate in architecture and technical decision-making for scalable mobile solutions
- Monitor performance and reliability, addressing issues and continuously improving user experience
Requirements
- Strong professional experience building native iOS applications
- Proficiency with Swift and iOS frameworks
- Experience with REST APIs and modern client-server integration patterns
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams and communicating technical tradeoffs clearly
- Ability to take ownership of features from concept through release
