About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide PRN coverage at a skilled nursing facility. This role is designed for flexible, as-needed scheduling with realistic day-to-day planning to help support work–life balance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Provide patient-centered care with a strong focus on individualized, one-on-one treatment
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient goals and progress
Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist license
- Experience working in skilled nursing or similar clinical settings (preferred)
- Ability to adapt to flexible PRN scheduling needs
