About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a licensed PRN Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing facility. This role is designed for flexibility, with realistic daily scheduling to support a healthy work–life balance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility
- Provide primarily one-on-one patient care (group/concurrent care is kept under 1%)
- Adapt to an as-needed shift schedule based on facility coverage needs
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license (as required by state regulations)
- Experience working in skilled nursing or similar healthcare settings preferred
- Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
