About the Role
Scout Motors is seeking a Process Change and Verification Analyst to support the teams responsible for validating and confirming process changes. In this role, you’ll help ensure updates to processes and related verification activities are completed accurately, consistently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Analyze proposed process changes and assess impacts to verification requirements
- Coordinate verification activities to confirm changes meet defined standards
- Track progress, document outcomes, and maintain clear records for auditability
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and close findings
- Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and opportunities to strengthen verification workflows
Requirements
- Experience working with process documentation, change management, or verification activities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
- Proficiency with data tracking, reporting, and maintaining documentation
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders
