About the Role
Orb is building a revenue design platform that helps teams automate billing, evolve pricing, and grow revenue with confidence. As part of the team, you’ll take real ownership, collaborate closely with customers, and help shape how the company grows—now with added momentum from the Adyen partnership.
This is a hybrid role for people based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with an in-office cadence of 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Design clear, customer-focused product experiences across the revenue lifecycle.
- Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to define problems and craft solutions.
- Translate customer needs and business goals into intuitive workflows and interfaces.
- Create and iterate on UX/UI deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Validate design decisions through feedback, usability insights, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven product design experience with strong end-to-end UX skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach to problem solving.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with high standards for quality.
- Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design decisions and outcomes.
