About the Role
We’re seeking a Production Coordinator to lead and coordinate production department activities with a focus on safety, materials management, productivity, scheduling, preventive maintenance, and team support. You’ll help drive our Core Values and maintain a high-performance work culture while ensuring the production crew delivers top-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient output of high-quality products
- Support production scheduling to meet customer and cross-department needs
- Review work orders and confirm required equipment is available and operational before each job
- Ensure production materials are on hand and ready prior to starting work
- Monitor unit quality and take prompt corrective action when issues are identified
- Maintain proficiency with production operating systems including CSI, ShopTrak COO, Intellect, and QCS
Requirements
- Experience coordinating or supporting production operations in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of safety-focused production practices and procedures
- Ability to follow schedules and manage work order execution
- Working knowledge of production tracking/operating systems (CSI, ShopTrak COO, Intellect, QCS preferred)
- Demonstrated attention to quality and ability to drive immediate remedial actions
