About the Role
Redwood Materials is building a more sustainable battery supply chain by recovering, reusing, and recycling materials to support the energy transition. As a Production Operations Associate, you’ll help keep production running smoothly by moving materials, supporting processing activities, and ensuring finished goods are ready for shipment—while following safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the efficient movement and handling of materials to meet production targets
- Assist with the timely receipt, staging, and processing of incoming raw materials
- Prepare finished goods for shipment according to established procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe, organized production environment
- Follow safety, quality, and documentation guidelines throughout daily tasks
Requirements
- Ability to work in a production environment and follow established safety procedures
- Comfort with physical work that may involve standing, lifting, and moving materials
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures
