About the Role

Join a metal fabrication team as a CNC Press Brake Operator in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity where you’ll set up and run press brake equipment to create accurate, precision-formed metal parts while following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines for a range of metal forming jobs
• Adjust machine settings, tooling, and dies to align with production requirements
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Produce parts to print and verify dimensions during production
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures

Requirements

• Experience operating press brake equipment in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
• Comfort working with tooling, dies, and machine setup
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work reliably in a production environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay from $22.00 per hour (higher based on experience)
