About the Role
Redwood Materials is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support high-growth operations. In this role, you’ll help keep equipment running reliably by delivering timely, quality maintenance that improves machine availability and uptime across production teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
- Support production teams with troubleshooting and repair activities
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow established procedures
- Assist with identifying recurring issues and recommending improvements
Requirements
- Hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and/or electrical equipment
- Strong safety mindset and willingness to follow site protocols
- Basic computer skills for documentation and work orders
