About the Role
Enova is seeking a Program Associate to provide operational support for our strategic lending partnerships. You will help drive change management across partnership product offerings and support the day-to-day coordination of operations, credit, and technology workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Support the change management process for partnership products, including operational and workflow updates
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical, actionable processes and partner-ready workflows
- Coordinate externally with bank partners and internally with teams across compliance, legal, analytics, technology, and marketing
- Resolve ambiguous issues by identifying root causes and defining next steps when playbooks don’t exist
- Assist with audits and reviews to help ensure programs remain operationally excellent and compliant
Requirements
- Experience supporting partner programs, operational workflows, or regulated processes
- Ability to interpret requirements and convert them into clear procedures
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Comfort working through ambiguity and driving solutions without a predefined process
- Eligibility to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available)
