About the Role
Join the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services at the Program Support Center in Rockville, Maryland. As a Program Manager, you’ll help drive business results and strengthen customer experience by leading and supporting real property project work and related administrative and financial activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support real property projects, including RPMS budgeting support
- Audit, compile, and report business line information and complete RPMS administrative tasks
- Contribute insights and recommendations to strategic plans, reviews, and organizational objectives
- Prepare, execute, and track action plans and project plans while evaluating quality and customer service standards
- Coordinate with RPMS Branch Chiefs, ASA components, PSC, and RLO to support the RPMS Director on administrative and financial deadlines
- Improve RPMS and organizational reputation through ownership of assigned work and timely delivery
Requirements
- Experience managing programs or projects involving budgeting, reporting, and administrative operations
- Strong ability to assess quality and align execution with customer service expectations
- Proven skills in cross-team collaboration and communicating recommendations for strategic reviews
- Comfort working with externally driven assignments and meeting time-sensitive deadlines
