Imperial Construction is a 100% employee-owned commercial general contractor focused on delivering strong outcomes for people, projects, partnerships, and communities. As a Proposal Writer, you’ll support business growth by creating proposals that are clear, persuasive, and fully compliant.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine proposal content to highlight the company’s experience, capabilities, and differentiators
- Coordinate with Marketing, Preconstruction, Operations, and executive leadership to support multiple active pursuits
- Manage proposal timelines and ensure submissions are completed on schedule
- Edit and polish technical writing for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Produce professional, high-quality proposal packages that reflect Imperial’s commitment to excellence
Requirements
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and leadership stakeholders
- Experience producing proposals or bid documents (construction or related industry preferred)
