About the Role
Lantern is a specialty care platform that connects people with top specialists when they need care most. We’re building a strong Provider Network of Excellence and pairing members with dedicated care teams throughout their journey. As a Provider Success Manager, you’ll help ensure providers deliver an exceptional experience and that the network continues to perform at a high level.
Responsibilities
- Use logic and data-driven thinking to make decisions and improve outcomes for the provider network.
- Drive consistent progress by identifying gaps, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting continuous improvement.
- Partner with internal care and operations teams to align provider performance with member experience goals.
- Support relationship management across the provider network to strengthen collaboration and service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in provider success, customer success, account management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, progress-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
