About the Role
LifeStance Health is looking for a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in La Jolla, California. This role supports patients through personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care in an environment focused on improving access to trusted mental healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with behavioral health best practices
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support continuity of care across locations
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Requirements
- Active PMHNP licensure in California
- Experience providing psychiatric care in an outpatient setting (preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based treatment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
