About the Role
Baker Hughes is seeking a Quality Specialist to support QA Engineering efforts that strengthen governance, quality systems, and continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll help ensure reliable, compliant delivery of products and services while supporting operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support quality governance activities to drive consistent, compliant outcomes
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of quality management systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk and enhance performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction and quality objectives
- Help monitor quality performance and support corrective actions when needed
Requirements
- Experience in QA, quality engineering, or quality management
