FST Technical Services is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring for high-tech manufacturing and technical projects. You’ll connect with talented candidates, build strong relationships, and partner with hiring managers to identify the best fit for our growing teams.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for technical roles
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Support full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding coordination
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate information
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably for technical or engineering roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Comfort working in a collaborative, high-velocity environment
Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000–$85,000 annually
