About the Role

Fin is looking for a Mid-Market Relationship Manager to help customers get exceptional outcomes with our AI Customer Agent platform. You’ll build strong relationships, understand customer goals, and ensure teams are set up for long-term success across the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow relationships with mid-market customers, serving as a trusted point of contact
  • Understand customer needs and align product value to service, sales, and ecommerce use cases
  • Drive adoption by coordinating onboarding, integration, and ongoing enablement activities
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address risks to retention and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to surface insights and improve customer experiences

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management (mid-market preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfort working with software platforms and coordinating technical or operational onboarding
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Interest in AI-powered customer support and modern help desk workflows
