About the Role
Fin is looking for a Mid-Market Relationship Manager to help customers get exceptional outcomes with our AI Customer Agent platform. You’ll build strong relationships, understand customer goals, and ensure teams are set up for long-term success across the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with mid-market customers, serving as a trusted point of contact
- Understand customer needs and align product value to service, sales, and ecommerce use cases
- Drive adoption by coordinating onboarding, integration, and ongoing enablement activities
- Monitor customer health and proactively address risks to retention and expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to surface insights and improve customer experiences
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management (mid-market preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfort working with software platforms and coordinating technical or operational onboarding
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Interest in AI-powered customer support and modern help desk workflows
