About the Role
TeleSolv Consulting is hiring dedicated Customer Service Representatives to support the Federal Government as an Outreach Analyst/Call Center Representative. This is a remote opportunity focused on providing world-class assistance to the public.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist members of the public with questions and support needs
- Provide accurate information and route inquiries to the appropriate resources
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-first attitude while working with diverse callers
- Support outreach and service efforts as assigned by the program
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled interviews
- Ability to dress in professional business casual attire
- Credit check required for all applicants
- Must be willing and able to work various shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern/covering Eastern and Central time zones
Compensation & Details
- Hourly pay rate: $16.61 (non-negotiable)
