About the Role
We’re seeking an English Language Learner (ELL) Teacher to support our K-12 program administration, professional development, and student and family services. You’ll apply evidence-based language acquisition practices to strengthen program design, coach teachers, and guide student learning.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support the ELL K-12 program across assigned areas
- Provide professional support, training, and resources for teachers
- Deliver student instruction and support using sound language acquisition principles
- Partner with families to improve student outcomes and engagement
- Advise school administration to help ensure state and federal compliance
Requirements
- Required English Language Learner (ELL) certification/license
- Teaching certification in good standing
- If your teaching certification is from another state, obtain Indiana reciprocity within 60 days of employment
- Residency/eligibility requirements: Indiana
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $48,000–$52,000 annually
- Performance bonus eligibility
