About the Role
Phaidra is building AI-powered control systems for industrial automation. In this role, you’ll help design and deliver reinforcement-learning-based control solutions that turn raw electrical and sensor data into practical actions—enabling facilities to adapt and improve over time.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI control approaches using reinforcement learning for industrial electrical systems
- Translate sensor inputs and measurable KPIs into decision-making logic and control outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to integrate models into real-world control workflows
- Support evaluation, tuning, and iteration to improve performance and reliability
Requirements
- Experience building or implementing control systems for electrical/industrial applications
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning concepts and practical model development
- Ability to work with sensor data, system constraints, and performance metrics
- Comfort collaborating in a fast-moving, engineering-driven environment
