About the Role
This on-site Reporting Analyst role supports day-to-day operations by maintaining recurring reporting and analytics. You’ll also deliver ad-hoc reporting by extracting, entering, analyzing, testing, and documenting data to support informed decisions. The position requires presenting results and recommendations clearly and on time to both management and clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain recurring reports and operational analytics
- Create ad-hoc reporting including data extraction, data entry, analysis, testing, and documentation
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, HubSpot, SAP, Amazon, and other system/custom reporting utilities
- Present findings and recommendations to management and clients in a consistent and accurate manner
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with reporting/analytics tools and data sources (e.g., HubSpot, SAP, Amazon or similar)
- Ability to analyze data, verify results, and document processes clearly
- Effective communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders
