Mem0 US Yesterday
Machine Learning Experimentation (A/B Testing) Python

About the Role

Mem0 is building the memory layer for AI agents—so they can retain context across conversations, learn from interactions, and feel meaningfully connected to users over time. You’ll help develop the models and decision logic that determine what an agent remembers, forgets, and updates as new information arrives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and improve agent memory approaches that support long-term personalization and context retention
  • Translate research ideas into production-ready experiments and A/B tests
  • Evaluate model behavior and memory quality using real-world interaction data
  • Collaborate with engineering and product partners to iterate quickly from concept to impact

Requirements

  • Strong background in machine learning and research-driven experimentation
  • Experience building or evaluating models for information retention, retrieval, or stateful systems
  • Proficiency with Python and common ML/data tooling
  • Comfort working end-to-end from experiments to deployment

Benefits

  • Opportunity to shape a core infrastructure layer for AI agents
  • Backed by top-tier investors and supported by a growing enterprise and open-source community
  • Fast iteration culture—move from paper to production testing quickly
