About the Role
Jefferson Apartment Group is looking for a Resident Relations Manager to join our team at J Vue at the LMA Apartments, a 289-unit high-rise community in Boston’s Longwood Medical and Academic Area. This role is ideal for a service-focused professional who enjoys building positive resident experiences in a fast-paced property environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns with professionalism and care
- Support day-to-day resident engagement and ensure timely follow-up on requests
- Help maintain a welcoming community atmosphere and promote resident satisfaction
- Coordinate with property leadership and team members to resolve issues and improve processes
- Assist with documentation and communication related to resident matters
Requirements
- Experience in resident services, customer service, or property management (multifamily preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-activity community
- Professional judgment and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Comfort working in an onsite, community-based setting
