Restoration Technician (Production, Cleaning, or Rebuild) – Full-Time, On-Call Available

Responsibilities

• Perform production, cleaning, content cleaning, and/or shop maintenance tasks as assigned
• Assist with construction and rebuild activities during restoration projects
• Work effectively with a team and communicate clearly on-site
• Support restoration missions with care, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
• Be willing to participate in local travel and occasional out-of-area assignments

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Restoration, construction, or related experience is a plus (not required)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness for on-call shifts
• Ability to meet physical demands, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional assisted lifting up to 100 lbs
• Comfort working overhead, in confined spaces, and with ladders and hand tools
• IICRC certifications are a plus
• Ability to work evenings, occasional weekends, and minimum 40 hours per week within 7AM–7PM (Mon–Fri)
